What is a Payroll Agent?
Initial training and assistance with signup packet, timesheets, and Personal Attendant scheduling is available to help you be successful in managing your employees. First Aid classes are also available for Personal Attendants.
Preparing W2 forms
Competitive wages—Supportive Home Care and Respite Care are paid at $8.25/hour. Night Support $23.00/night.
Peace of Mind-Background checks are done on all employees to ensure that no person with a history of abuse, neglect and/or exploitation is employed.


Supportive Home Care

It’s all about choices. Choices Network Inc. offers people with disabilities a way to employ the caregivers they prefer, without worry about processing employees paperwork. Our professional staff manages the payroll process associated with employment of personal attendants, including:

Options—you choose who will work and when they work
Hassle Free Payroll– All payroll Taxes, Workers Compensation and Social Security is processed for you. All record keeping needed to comply with State and Federal Regulations is maintained.
Timely Payroll-Checks are sent out on the 5th and 20th of each month.
Information-We provide a link to current HCBS changes in regulations and help you determine the effect on you services.
Help with Personnel-We actively recruit prospective Personal Attendants. At your request, we will assist in finding good caregivers.
Reporting-Providing case managers with monthly consumer reports.

Eligibility

Who is eligible for Case Management Services?
Anyone in Kansas who has MR/DD may be eligible. Eligibility is determined by your local Community Developmental Disability Organization. The process can be confusing. Choices Network Inc. can assist you in gathering the information needed to determine eligibility. Please call our office for more information on eligibility.
