Financial Management Services (FMS)

Choices Network, Inc. offers individuals with disabilities a way to employ caregivers of their choice, without worrying about the hassle of processing employee paperwork and managing payroll. We are contracted with each of the State of Kansas’s Managed Care Organizations (MCO’S). Those being: United Health Care, Aetna and Sunflower Health Plan. We serve individuals both on the IDD and TA waiver. 

As an FMS provider we take care of the following for you:

• All pre-employment paperwork for your personal assistant (PA).
• All payroll taxes including W2 forms, workers’ compensation and social security are processed for you along with all record keeping needed to comply with State and Federal regulations.
• Timely payroll.
• Time clock management.
• Process background checks on all PA’s and keep them up to date as required by the State of Kansas.

Self-Direction Services

Choosing self-directed personal care waiver services means you, the client chooses who works in your home and are responsible for finding and hiring staff, training, managing schedules and dismissing staff when necessary.
