With Community-based Residential Services, you can live in your home or apartment. All of our services are uniquely designed to allow you to live in a totally integrated environment, choose how and whom you want to spend time with, and remain connected to your family and friends.

Our staff will meet with you to gather the information about what is really important to you and your family, things you like to do, what you like, and how you interact with the people you care about. From that information, a plan is written to clearly explain how you are going to get the life you want and who will help you get there.
